집밥 챙겨먹기 힘든데 부지런하시네요 ㅎㅎ 항상 긍정적으로 생각하기도 정신건강에 좋은 것 같아요.
I'm sharing my lifestyle habits that affect my skin condition.
‘Balance’ is the answer, not ‘management’!!
Your skin is more influenced by how you live than by what you put on it.
In the past, when I had skin trouble, I would first think about changing products, but these days, I start by looking back at my lifestyle.
I consider my eating habits quite important. If I eat late-night snacks or flour-based meals on a regular basis, my skin inevitably becomes dull. So, on weekdays, I try to eat mostly home-cooked meals and make sure to include vegetables and protein. I can't do it perfectly, but I try to strike a balance.
And "don't be overly sensitive." I'm the type of person who reacts quickly to stress, especially in the jaw and cheeks, so I make a point of not thinking about work after work. I find that taking time to organize my day while enjoying a warm cup of tea helps more than I thought.
Lastly, sunscreen is a must-have all year round. Sticking to the basics is more important than fancy skincare.
I'm increasingly realizing that skin is ultimately created through consistency and balance.
