How does everyone do their home care routine to combat dryness in the winter?
I just got home from work and my hair got caught in the zipper of my long padded jacket, which was a real pain. Seeing my already frizzy hair snapping off was so frustrating, I almost cried. It's winter, and static electricity is a real problem, and my entire body feels parched, from my skin to my hair. I'm curious about how you all handle your skincare routines at home. I'm a very timid and anxious person, so I'm a bit hesitant about even applying a pack, fearing that something wrong could ruin my skin. So, I'd like to ask if you have any of your own evening homecare tips. I'm currently relying on a humidifier and applying a generous layer of moisturizing cream, but that doesn't seem to solve the dryness at all. The heater makes my face feel tight, but my skin feels shiny and empty inside. I'm sure I'm not the only one experiencing this. If you know of any simple homecare tips or ways to prevent static electricity, please share them with me. I'd really appreciate it if you could leave a comment, even if it's just a small tip.
