These days, I'm going to take an honest look at my skin condition.
Every time I look in the mirror, my mood changes. Some days, my skin looks so clear that I keep taking selfies, while other days, I suddenly notice breakouts and dullness, which makes me feel less confident. So these days, instead of judging things based solely on my mood, I pay more attention to my skin condition.
After washing your face, feel how tight your skin feels without applying anything. In the afternoon, also check to see where oil appears first. If your makeup keeps flaking off, consider that area as a sign of dryness. If you've become unnecessarily sensitive, consider whether you've had a good night's sleep and whether you've been drinking enough water.
In the past, I'd just be upset and ask, "Why is it so messed up?" But now I'm trying to figure out the cause. I feel like understanding my skin is the beginning of taking care of it. How's your skin condition these days?
