명절에도 피부관리 해야하는데 맛있는게 너무 많네요...
You have to take care of yourself even during the holidays
After the holidays, don't you find yourself staring at your face in the mirror? After eating jeon (Korean pancakes), galbi (Korean short ribs), japchae (Korean stir-fried vegetables), and even fried food, you can clearly see the oily sheen on your face. Your pores also look more prominent, and you feel anxious, like a breakout is about to occur... I'm not the only one, right?
During the holidays, you don't often find yourself saying things like, "I need to think about my skin" in front of delicious food. It's the first time in a while that you're eating with family, so how can you resist? But after the holidays, my skin really started to show. Even after washing my face, it got shiny quickly, and makeup didn't seem to go on well. I thought, "Oh, I really need to start taking better care of myself."
So, first, I'm going to start by thoroughly cleansing. I'm going to exfoliate more gently than usual, and I'm going to use a moisturizing pack to soothe my skin. I don't want to dry it out too much because it'll make my skin oily, so I'm going to make sure to moisturize it thoroughly, and I'm going to apply a light but firm foundation.
