The first thing I do when I wake up in the morning is drink a cup of warm water. At first, it started out as a simple routine to wake up my body, but at some point, I realized it was having a positive effect on my skin. Drinking warm water on an empty stomach makes me feel relaxed, and I feel like my body is slowly waking up. After a few days of doing this, my skin became much clearer and more hydrated. I think it's because my circulation has improved. My face used to feel dry and tight every morning, but now, when I wash my face, even my fingertips feel different. A glass of warm water might seem like nothing, but it feels like it's replenishing my moisture from within. Thanks to this, I feel more calm and healthy when I start my day. I feel like this small habit can change not only my skin but also my mood.
