I've written down some lifestyle habits that can damage your skin.
You're washing your face too vigorously. There's a high chance that a lot of surfactants have been added, and most importantly, it's destroying your skin barrier, right?
Also, rub your skin hard with a towel to remove moisture. Even healthy skin can become sensitive, so it's best to apply body lotion when your skin is still slightly damp.
I also have a habit of resting my chin on my hand or frequently touching my skin. I think this is a quick way to unknowingly spread bacteria from my hands to my face. I really shouldn't scratch. If you scratch because it's itchy, it can cause a scar, and the aftermath is just too much.
Other than that, I think of things like staying close to the winter heater and a pillowcase that I can't remember the last time I washed it!
Even if you just follow the things listed above, your skin will be good, right?
