[Skin condition] My skin has really turned over lately, maybe because of the fine dust ㅠㅠ

My skin doesn't usually break out easily, but over the past few days, my chin has been in trouble. 

What could it be... Is it really because of the fine dust...?

Even though I wash my face thoroughly, it keeps coming up in lumps and it's so stressful. 

For now, I've excluded all functional cosmetics and am only using soothing products... Will it get better if I sleep with a generous amount of cica cream on? ㅠㅠ I wonder if everyone's skin is okay during the seasonal change.
