When I get acne, this is what I do.

First, go to a dermatologist or a skin care shop and get it extracted. Then, use saline solution and sterile gauze sold at pharmacies as a saline pack for 10 to 15 minutes.

For basic care, apply only one layer. Pat lightly with your hands to help absorption.

I don't use mask packs or exfoliate.

When using cotton pads, use sponge cotton pads. And use inorganic sunscreen.

Lastly, wash your face.

Wash with lukewarm water 10-15 times, then use a foam cleanser to create a lot of foam. Rub for 20 seconds and rinse 20 times. Do not use a towel and let it dry naturally.

This is what you do when you have acne. If your skin is clean, it would be good to apply a sheet mask or nourishing cream.
