My 3-minute morning routine, a perfect example of a lazy person.

Honestly, every second counts in the morning. When will I have the time to apply 7 skin toners and let them absorb?

I value sleep so much more, so I've kept my skincare routine to a minimum.

In the past, I tried all kinds of products that were said to be good, but they only made my makeup smudge and my face look even more shiny.

Now, I just use a toner to smooth out my skin texture and then immediately apply a generous amount of the all-in-one essence.

And the most important thing is sunscreen! They say that if you don't apply sunscreen, you'll age faster.

I've tried it countless times, and I choose one that doesn't leave a white cast and has a thick texture like lotion, so I apply it generously.

Finally, apply a thin layer of moisturizing cream and you're done.

By keeping it simple like this, my skin feels like it can breathe, and I have significantly reduced breakouts.

There's a reason they call it the "cosmetics diet."

Rather than applying a bunch of expensive cosmetics, I think the real answer is to apply just enough of what your skin can handle. On busy mornings, don't just slather on anything. Instead, apply only the essential products!
