Running and pores

I'm not sure if my pores have opened up since I started running or if my complexion has improved, but anyway, it's been two weeks since I started running in the park every evening to build up my stamina.

It feels really refreshing to come home and shower after sweating it out, but I'm a little concerned about how quickly my face turns red after every workout. I've also heard that it causes heat aging.

After exercising, apply a generous amount of aloe gel that has been stored in the refrigerator to reduce fever.

But, it's definitely because the waste products are completely removed through sweat, and the next morning my skin is in the best condition.

It feels like makeup goes on smoothly and the skin has a natural glow.

I think it's probably because the blood circulation is good. If you're worried about your pores, just do some cooling care.

Actually, I don't think there's any skincare routine as good as exercise. It's killing two birds with one stone, losing belly fat and improving skin. I have to go for a run again tonight, but I'm already starting to feel a little lazy, lol.
