Lunar New Year holidays are in full swing! I'm sharing my routine for overcoming holiday blues and maintaining healthy skin.
Five days have already flown by... Did you have a good Lunar New Year holiday? I ate greasy food all holiday, slept later than usual, and was so focused on meeting relatives that my face in the mirror looked terrible.
Now that I'm in my 30s, I've noticed that my complexion gets duller after the holidays, so this time I'm really focused on taking care of myself at the end of the holidays!
First of all, the most urgent task is to remove the 'grease' that has accumulated throughout the holidays.
I cleanse more thoroughly than usual and drink warm green tea or water frequently to cleanse my body from the inside out.
When I feel bloated, I always get breakouts around my mouth, but this time I got through it without any problems thanks to my water drinking routine.
And it's really important to get back on track with your disrupted sleep patterns during the holidays! I quit my habit of staying up late watching variety shows and started going to bed before 11 p.m. yesterday, and I'm definitely less groggy in the mornings.
When applying foundation here, if you massage your jawline and neck line for about 5 minutes, you will feel the swelling in your face from the holiday food go down and your face line come to life!!
