I can't live without home care products in the winter. It makes me feel gloomy.
I just got home from a minor spat with a friend, and I've been in a terrible mood all evening. It's such a minor thing, but I don't understand why I'm so sensitive... It's cold outside and the heater inside is drying out, so I think my skin is more sensitive than usual. At times like this, the best thing to do is to focus on myself and not waste my emotions. To calm myself down, I've taken out some home care products I've been stashing away and am diligently applying them to my routine. Honestly, the air is so dry in the winter that without home care products, my makeup comes off the next day and I feel incredibly dry. On evenings like today, I'm meticulously applying everything I need, from a moisture pack to a highly nourishing ampoule. I dismissed the headache from my fight with my friend as just a distracting thought and focused solely on my face, and now I feel a little better. When you're feeling down, just apply a generous amount of your usual home care products and get a good night's sleep. I think that's the best way to eliminate distracting thoughts. Seeing your skin change the next morning and de-stressing will be good for your mental health, right? Normally, I'd be too lazy to apply anything, so I'd just apply it roughly. But today, I'm meticulously layering my home care products to maximize their effectiveness. I should probably wrap things up and go to bed. Good night, everyone.
