When I stopped eating late at night and started drinking water, my skin complexion changed!

I was worried about my dull complexion, so I was considering changing my cosmetics. But then I decided to start by changing my lifestyle. I cut out the spicy late-night snacks and drank two liters of water a day for about a week.

It's amazing how my complexion looks so much clearer than when I used an expensive pack, and I'm so happy about that. I tried to go to bed a little earlier, and when I woke up in the morning, my skin felt less flaky, which was surprising. These days, I'm realizing once again that taking care of your skin from the inside is just as important as what you put on the outside!
