Let me introduce you to my own skin routine.

One of the most annoying, yet effective, skin-improving habits is changing your pillowcase frequently.

They say that when we wake up, our pillows are covered in oil, dust, and saliva, so it's like a bacterial party. ㅠㅠ Even though I can't do laundry every day, I keep several extra pillow covers and change them every 2-3 days.

The small blemishes that used to appear on my cheeks have definitely decreased, and when I sleep with the soft scent of fabric softener, I sleep really well. Haha. If you apply an expensive ampoule and then lie down on a dirty pillow, you'll end up with a mess, right? If you just overcome your laziness, your skin will truly shine!
