Ahh ...

This always happens after holidays. ㅡㅡ After eating the ancestral rites food at a Korean family's house, my oiliness explodes. I used to think it was just a temporary thing for a day or two, but this time it's really bad. My face feels heavy all day because of the oiliness, and one or two breakouts appear around my chin, and now it's flushed red. I didn't notice it when I was eating one or two pieces of oily pancakes or meat, but after eating them for several days in a row, my skin reacts right away. ㅜㅜ I wash my face often and try to soothe it with sheet masks, but it doesn't really work. In fact, washing my face too much makes it even drier, so it's a vicious cycle. Even cosmetics that were usually fine feel harsh these days, and I sigh every time I look in the mirror. My ugly faceㅡㅡ Holiday food is delicious, but it's really poison to my skin. I've decided to really control my diet this time. I really hope I can get through the holidays without any breakouts next time.
