After giving up on wheat for three days, I found a compromise.

I've lived as a bread lover for half my life.

I've heard so many times that if you want to improve your skin, you should start by cutting out flour and sugar, but for me, a bread lover, it was like a death sentence.

I made a firm resolution and stopped eating flour for exactly three days, but I became more sensitive and lost all joy in life.

I feel like my skin is getting more irritated because I'm stressed?ㅜㅜ


So, realistically, we compromised.

Since ‘not eating at all’ is impossible, it’s ‘reducing’ and ‘substituting’.

If you really want to eat ramen, eat dried noodles, or change the bread to whole wheat bread.

I make sure to eat salad or Korean food at least once a day.

And I took twice as much probiotics as usual.


Just by doing this, the bloating disappeared and the hard pimples that used to appear under my chin were reduced.

Rather than stressing out about trying to diet perfectly,

It is also good for your mental health to gradually reduce the amount you can do.

I think it's also good for skin health.

    유기농밀가루 빵이라도 어떻게 안되려나요. 인생에 빵을 끊는다는게 말이 안되는 것 같긴하지만 피부생각하니 또 고민되네요. 간헐적 단식처럼 한번 빵, 면을 끊어봐야겠어요. 무슨 변화가 있을지 궁금하네요
