I ate tteokbokki and my face turned upside down.

Yesterday, something really pissed me off at work, so I ordered the spiciest tteokbokki on my way home and devoured it all by myself like a blizzard. At that moment, I was sweating like rain and my stress was completely gone. It was a wonderful feeling.

But this morning, I looked in the mirror and sighed.

There were two red, pustular pimples around my mouth and on my chin.

Eating spicy and salty food is not only bad for your stomach, but it also seems to have a direct effect on your skin.

Plus, I fell asleep right after eating, so my face was even more puffy. I had an important meeting today, and I tried to cover it up with concealer, but I'm depressed because I have to go with these giant pimples that just won't go away.

When the mouth is happy, the skin is tired, and when the skin is happy, the mouth is bored…

I think striking this balance is the hardest thing in the world. For now, I'll just have to drink cabbage juice to calm my stomach. Oh, this is so frustrating.
