저도 얼마 전에 기름진 음식을 연달아 먹었더니 유수분 밸런스가 무너져 고생했던 적이 있습니다. 수부지 피부는 특히 식단이나 수면 패턴에 예민하게 반응해서 회복하는 데 공이 많이 들어가는 것 같습니다. 당분간 수분 보충에 집중하신다니 금방 진정될 수 있을 것입니다. 추운 날씨에 피부가 더 건조해지지 않도록 평안한 밤 보내시길 바랍니다.
Checking My Skin Condition These Days - Recorded on February 19th
This week was a holiday so I was able to relax and really relax without thinking about anything for the first time in a while.
It was nice to be able to clear my head without the stress of work... but I guess there's no such thing as a free lunch. ㅠㅠ
I ate too much meat, pancakes, and other greasy foods while I was resting, and then stayed up late watching Netflix, so my skin went crazy. My skin is already sensitive, but I guess my oil-water balance was completely disrupted because things started to appear here and there on my face.
My body is in great condition because I got a lot of rest, but my skin condition is the worst... If I had known it would be like this, I should have controlled my diet and slept properly. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
I think I need to stop eating late at night for the time being and just focus on replenishing my water supply.
