Gua Sha Home Care Routine to Tighten Facial Lines That Have Lost Elasticity

I used to get frustrated because my nasolabial folds seemed to deepen every time I looked in the mirror, but these days, I heal myself with a gua sha massage every night. After washing my face, I apply a little face oil and gently massage from my jawline to behind my ears. This reduces puffiness and makes my face look more defined. It might seem tedious at first, but since it only takes 10 minutes while watching a drama, I've found myself doing it more consistently than I thought. It's definitely more refreshing than doing it by hand, and my makeup goes on much better the next day, so I'm diligently sharing it with other moms.

    저도 나이가 들면서 팔자주름이 점점 깊어지고 있는데요 괄사마사지가 꽤 효과가 좋은가보군요?  따로 시간을 내서 하는 것 보다는 드라마나 유튜브 볼 때 쓱쓱하면 별로 귀찮지도 않고 금방할 것 같습니다
