Inner Beauty Home Care Routine to Look Younger Than Your Age

As I've gotten older, I've realized that nourishing my skin from the inside is just as important as what I put on the outside. My top home care routine is two liters of warm water and nuts. Drinking plenty of water keeps my skin from drying out and keeps my complexion clear. And before bed, to prevent neck wrinkles, I always lower my pillow and apply a neck cream upwards. While I may not have the fancy treatments my younger friends do, I believe these small daily habits are the best self-care routines for boosting my self-esteem.
