My complexion has improved a bit since I stopped staring at the monitor until dawn... Seriously.

Lately, I've been working on personal projects and staring at my monitor until dawn, and I'm not sure if it's because of the blue light or lack of sleep, but my complexion has become completely ashen.
I felt like this couldn't go on, so I started practicing 'not looking at electronic devices for an hour before going to bed' a week ago, and this is the best skin care.
I forced myself to close my eyes and sleep with a heating pad on, and the next day my skin texture was different and darkening was reduced.
It seems like the greatest honor is to relieve eye fatigue and get a good night's sleep rather than applying expensive ampoules.
