I was stressed out because of acne and dandruff... but the culprit was in an unexpected place?

Even though it wasn't summer, I kept getting back problems, so I kept changing my body wash. But then I realized it was because of my shampooing habits. ㅠㅠ

When I showered while standing, I washed my hair, so there was shampoo and conditioner residue on my back, which was clogging my pores. LOL So I completely changed my routine these days, and it's so effective that I'm sharing it with you! I wash my hair first, then my body. I wash my hair first, and then I wash my back thoroughly with body wash to completely remove any residue.

A shower filter is a must. I installed one yesterday after reading someone else's post, and the water has definitely gotten cleaner, and my itchiness has also decreased significantly.

It's amazing how my back has become smoother just by changing one small habit. If you're struggling with unexplained body problems, check your shower routine!
