전 피부가 예민한 편이라 얼굴 괄사는 못하고 두피라도 한번씩 풀어주는데, 안색이 확 밝아지더라고요! 림프를 풀어주는게 중요한 것 같아요ㅎㅎ
The secret to a "Gua Sha + Elasticity" home care routine that boosts post-in-mode staying power
Those who have undergone elasticity treatments know that while regular maintenance is essential for procedures like Shrink or Inmode, aftercare is key for maximum results. Now that I'm in my 40s, the benefits of treatments don't seem to last as long as they used to, so I've created my own maintenance method: a combination of "lymphatic circulation gua sha" and "antioxidant ampoules." :)
About three times a week, after washing my face, I apply a generous amount of face oil and gently massage it from behind my ears to my neckline with a shaving brush. If your facial muscles are tense, no matter how well you use them, they'll quickly lose elasticity. Gently loosening the cheekbones above the nasolabial folds, in particular, gives the visual effect of slightly lifting sagging pores.
After gua sha, apply a generous amount of antioxidant ampoule containing vitamin C or E. They say the biggest enemy of skin in your 40s is oxidative stress, so if you improve circulation with gua sha and then add nutrients, your complexion will definitely become brighter and less puffy. My eyes, at least^^;;;;
And here's another little tip I discovered! Try sleeping with your pillow low. It not only prevents neck wrinkles but also reduces facial puffiness, making your pores look less prominent in the morning. It's nothing grand, but I believe these little habits add up to determine your skin's appearance 10 years from now, so I'm diligently taking care of them!
I hope the treatment and management are effective.
