저도 옆으로 돌아서 자는 습관이 있는데 진짜 안고쳐져서, 그냥 일회용 베개커버라도 쓰고 있어요! 고치기 힘든거 진짜 공감 되네요ㅜ
I keep my showers to 15 minutes. I only use a towel once afterward to remove large water droplets. Then I immediately apply moisturizer.
I use a brace or face roller from time to time.
I also sleep with a towel on my pillow. (I hate washing the cover..) I change it often, though not every day. I have a habit of sleeping on my right side. It's not easy to fix, but I try my best to sleep upright and facing the sky.
Why is it so uncomfortable to sleep on my left side?
Lastly, reapply sunscreen frequently. I don't just apply it once in the morning, but reapply it intermittently throughout the day. It doesn't have an immediate effect, but it's definitely better than applying it just once.
I need to get into the habit of taking one pack a day, but it's not easy.
