I'm timidly posting about my whitening routine after failing to diet after lunch...
I just came home from a hearty lunch of hot ramen and fish-shaped bread at the convenience store. I was seriously planning to diet hard for the new year, but it's already a bust, and I'm so heartbroken... I feel so pathetic and down, but at times like this, I try to cheer myself up by looking in the mirror one more time. Lately, maybe because the heater's been on so high, my complexion has been dull and flaky, so I'm trying really hard to stick to my own whitening routine. My whitening routine involves hydrating my skin right after washing it, then applying two layers of essence rich in vitamin derivatives. In the winter, the dryness makes blemishes more noticeable, so moisturizing is crucial. So, I finish by applying a generous layer of whitening cream like a pack before going to bed. The next morning, my skin looks noticeably brighter, which is a bit of a relief. Dieting can be a three-day commitment, but if you stick to this whitening routine, you'll be able to see off your complexion this winter with a radiant glow. I hope those of you who, like me, struggle with a lack of willpower can find strength by following along with me. I'm worried my routine might be too obvious, so I'm eagerly awaiting any other tips you might have!
