My scalp is so itchy now that it's winter. Has anyone tried a scalp care ampoule?

Suddenly, during a lazy lunch break, I remembered an embarrassing memory from middle school: an itchy scalp during class, I'd scratch it so loudly I'd lock eyes with my classmate. So I kicked the blankets to myself... Seriously, why did I do that? Oh, how embarrassing. Lately, the weather's been dry, and the indoor heaters are so strong, my crown feels parched and itchy again. A friend who goes to a hair salon recommended I try a scalp care ampoule. I actually thought shampooing well would be enough, but I think I definitely need to change my routine. But there are so many scalp care ampoules on the market, it's already a bit of a hassle to choose. What ingredients should I look for? I don't want something that's too sticky or greasy. I'm currently contemplating buying a good, moisturizing scalp care ampoule and applying it every night before bed. Has anyone else experienced a smelly crown or breakout the next day? It's not easy to find a product that works. Do you have any tips or lifestyle habits for using scalp care ampoules? Should I switch shampoos, or would applying scalp care ampoules thoroughly be more effective? Any advice, even if it's trivial, would be appreciated!
