New Year's Vanity Diet Routine

As soon as the new year arrived, the first thing I did was clean out my vanity. I realized that applying too many different products doesn't mean my skin will eat them all. These days, I'm practicing a "minimal routine," reducing the number of products I apply and allowing each one to be fully absorbed. After washing my face, I skip the toner and immediately start by applying a viscous essence to my palm and gently pressing it into my skin.

 

In the next step, I add just one ampoule appropriate for my concern area and finish with cream. I used to apply five or six steps at a time, but since I've reduced the number to three, my skin feels more able to breathe and I experience fewer breakouts. I guess the saying "too much is as bad as too little" really applies to skin. Thanks to this, I've been able to get ready in the morning faster, and my skin texture has become firmer, which is very satisfying.
