🌿 I'm revealing my low-irritation skincare routine that I always follow these days! 💧
These days, my skin has become more sensitive, so rather than applying various cosmetics, A routine that focuses on the basics I'm managing it 😊
Rather than applying too much, focus on protecting the skin barrier!
✔️ Step 1 – Mildly Acidic Cleansing
Wash your face lightly in the morning and thoroughly in the evening. The key is to create plenty of foam to minimize skin friction.
✔️ Step 2 – Layer moisture 2-3 times
Instead of a cotton pad, I put some toner on my hands and apply it thinly several times. It makes my skin feel much less tight 💦
✔️ Step 3 – Soothing Ampoule & Cream
When your skin feels red, finish with a soothing product! Especially before bed, apply a slightly thicker layer of cream than usual and use it as a sleeping pack. 🌙
✔️ Life routine is also important!
I try to drink plenty of water, change my pillowcase frequently, and go to bed no later than 1 a.m. It's clear that lifestyle habits have a significant impact on skin condition.
These days, I'm satisfied because my skin texture feels much more even without any major problems ✨
I'm feeling once again that consistency is the answer!
