Recording my home care routine, which I pay more attention to in winter.
It's already well past eight o'clock. It's been so cold lately, and when I get home from work, the heater blast dries out my skin. This winter is unusually cold and long, so I think this consistent home care routine itself is the most important factor in determining skin condition. Finishing with a heavy, highly nutritious cream and a light gua sha massage, my neck skin definitely feels firmer, which gives me a little bit of relief. With all the year-end gatherings, I'm curious about how you all take care of your skin after work. I think it would be more beneficial in many ways to take care of things in advance rather than starting to regret it later like I did.
