5-minute lymphatic massage to remove toxins

As I age, my face feels more and more sagging, so I make sure to do a lymphatic massage every night. After washing my face, I apply a little oil and gently press my fingers from behind my ears to my collarbone. I hear this is really good for detoxifying. Even if you invest just five minutes, your face will look much clearer and less puffy the next day. It can be a hassle sometimes, but I've noticed a difference in my complexion even if I skip it for just one day, so it's become my daily ritual. I definitely think that good circulation leads to smooth skin.
