I'm not the type of person who puts effort into taking care of my skin.
It's not like I was born with good talent.
I'm a typical lazy type who is interested but my body can't keep up with the plan.
So I live by keeping to the bare minimum.
I try to stick to my own skin care routine that I've developed as I've gotten older.
It's the diet.
That doesn't mean there's anything special about it.
I just try to avoid eating spicy and salty foods.
And I try not to put any food in my mouth after 10 PM at the latest and 11 PM at the most.
These seemingly small efforts can help reduce puffiness and keep blemishes at bay.
