Late last year, I finally finished six months of long tuberculosis treatment! Maybe it was because the medication was so toxic, but my complexion was always dull and dull. But these days, I'm living up to the saying, "Sleep is the best medicine," and I always turn off the lights before midnight. Haha.
I definitely got enough sleep and the next day, I woke up and it was amazing to see my skin texture become more visibly firmer. ㅋㅋㅋ Since I've cut down on spicy foods and made it a habit to drink a lot of water, my health and skin feel like spring is here again. This time, I really felt to my bones that a comfortable body is essential for beautiful skin! ㅠㅠ
