1. Don't wash your face immediately after exercising.
- Sweat + dust + sebum = pore trouble call
- Washing your face within 10 minutes after exercising is essential.
2. Not drinking water often
- Dryness inside the skin → tightness + fine wrinkles
- More than 1.5L per day is basic!
3. Use a sheet mask every day
- Excessive hydration disrupts the oil-water balance.
- 2-3 times a week is appropriate
4. Skip sunscreen on dry days
- UV rays penetrate even when it's cloudy
- Apply sunscreen 365 days a year without fail!
