My current skin condition as of February 22nd

I was like, "Oh no!" after overindulging in a gluttonous meal during the holidays, but as expected, my skin hasn't calmed down yet. Honestly, I should've at least taken some control this weekend... They say human greed is endless, and we repeat the same mistakes, right? All weekend, I gave in to delicious food and ate like crazy. ㅠㅠ

I've been eating a lot of greasy foods and sugar, and sure enough, every time I look in the mirror, I see all sorts of tiny bumps forming on my skin. That uneasy feeling when you think, "No way, they'll show up?" and then it turns into, "Of course they will." You all know that feeling, right?

 

Now that the holidays and weekend are over, starting tomorrow, I'll truly reflect on my sins and enter skin recovery mode! First, I need to start by changing my diet to something cleaner and drinking plenty of water to detoxify.

    연휴 정말 즐거웟는데 저도 이것저것 막 먹어대는 먹짱이었답니다 ㅎㅎ 내가 먹는 것이 바로 피부라더니 저도 약간 기름으로 번들번들해진 거 같아요 연휴가 이제 끝났으니 다시 일상으로 잘 복귀해봅시다
