Oh my... I woke up and suddenly a pimple started to assert itself on my face. ㅠㅠ I thought about it a lot and it seems like I've been eating a lot lately without paying attention. bread I think they are the culprits.

Actually, I've been using stress as an excuse to indulge in flour-based foods and sweet desserts lately. I was happy when I ate them, but honestly, my skin is sending me these signals. My skin is already sensitive to oiliness, so I think the refined carbohydrates really irritated my sebum glands.

Even though I look fine on the outside, something inside is gnawing at me, and every time I look in the mirror, I get so depressed. I feel like I want to hold onto my past self and tell myself to stop, like, "Just one more thing." I guess there's a reason why they say that while skincare is important, what you put in your skincare routine is 80% what you eat.
