A must-follow lifestyle habit - go to bed early

There's one lifestyle habit that I consider more important than any expensive supplement for my skin care: going to bed before 11 p.m. every night!

You've all heard that the golden time, when skin regeneration hormones are most active, is between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m., right? At first, I wondered, "What difference would it make if I just slept well?" But even after going to bed early for just a few days, I noticed a definite difference in my complexion the next morning. Because my skin's resilience increases, any breakouts I do get go away quickly, and my makeup doesn't stick as well. Now, I make a point of getting into bed by 11 p.m. without fail.

 

But today, I'm busy chatting with you all and sharing information... Time has already flown by! ㅠㅠ I'm writing about getting a good night's sleep for my skin, but I haven't been able to sleep yet. This contradictory situation. I'm not the only one, right? Haha.
