Is it okay for office workers to use a diet shake as a substitute for breakfast?
Hello! I'm an office worker who's constantly fighting the daily battle of getting ready for work, so skipping meals has become a daily routine. The prolonged fasting phase has led to frequent overeating at lunch. To prevent this, I'm seriously looking into diet management shakes.
With so many products on the market, choosing a diet shake with a balanced nutritional profile is harder than you might think.
I'm looking for something low in sugar, high in protein, and, most importantly, something that will keep me full for a long time before I leave work.
I plan to use it as a breakfast replacement as well as a pre- or post-workout snack, so taste is important. Does anyone know of a diet management shake that is clean, has no fishy taste, and has good ingredients?
