Diet alone has its limits ㅠㅠ Does anyone know of a good diet supplement? ㅋㅋ

It's finally been a month since I started my diet!! But I felt like I was losing some weight for the first week, but I think I've reached a plateau these days and my weight hasn't been fluctuating ㅠㅠ I'm working out consistently and trying to eat light dinners, but I'm losing motivation because the results aren't what I expected ㅋㅋ So I'm thinking of trying some synergy and getting some help from diet supplements.

 

When I search online, there are so many ads that I don't know which ones to trust and buy. ㅠㅠ Is there a diet supplement that you can recommend that has actually been effective? I really like carbs, so I think cutting them would be good, but I really hate the side effects like heart palpitations and insomnia. ㅎㅎ

 

Are there any mild diet supplements that are safe and help with reducing body fat? Or even the type that helps me go to the bathroom more often, please recommend!! I want to take care of my body while receiving Maypure treatment, so I can wear pretty clothes this spring ㅋㅋ I desperately need your honest diet supplement reviews!! If there are any precautions to take while taking them, please let me know too ㅎㅎ I hope you all succeed in your diet!!
