Even when I'm just at home, my face feels like it's burning ㅠㅠ Please recommend some indoor daily sunscreens!!

Are you all having a good weekend? Haha, I moved a while ago. The house is structured like a double-glazed window, so there's a ton of sunlight coming in during the day. I really like how well-lit it is. I was a little scared because I felt like my face was burning even though I just lay on the living room sofa all weekend ㅠㅠ The weakly acidic cleanser I've been using recently didn't foam up at all, so I switched to a foam cleanser with strong cleansing power, and I think my skin has gotten thinner and more sensitive to sunlight.

In the past, I only applied sunscreen when I went out. Now, I think I have to apply it at home without fail. Is there anyone among Maypure members who has a good product for indoor use? Daily sunscreen Do you have anything to write? Since I'm going to be applying it at home, I want to avoid cosmetics that have a strong scent or leave a white cloudy residue. You can just apply it as if you were applying basic lotion and roll it on. Daily sunscreen I think this would be the best!!

I bought something in a hurry a few days ago, but my eyes are so sore that I can't even apply it and I'm just leaving it alone ㅠㅠ It's a mild product that doesn't sting my eyes at all and can be completely removed with just a light foam cleanser when washing my face.
