How do you take care of your scalp at home?

Lately, I've been having trouble with my scalp feeling irritated even after washing my hair. I used to think shampooing was all I needed, but I've learned that the scalp, like the skin, needs special care. So, I've been seriously researching home scalp care methods. While salon treatments are great, they're expensive and time-consuming, so I'm trying to create a scalp care routine I can do at home.

I've been particularly concerned about my scalp, which has been itchy, perhaps due to stress, and my scalp gets oilier in the afternoon. I want to try proper scalp care at home, so I've been looking into scaling products and scalp tonics, but I'm not sure which ones will actually help. I also want to avoid products with strong scents and irritants.

I've also heard that massaging the scalp is important for home scalp care, but I'm curious about how often I should do it. I'm also not sure if it's better to do it by hand or if I should use a special brush. I've also heard that consistently doing it can definitely improve hair strength, so I'm curious to hear your experiences and see if that's true.
