Please recommend a highly moisturizing cream that helps with dry skin^^

I'd like a recommendation for a highly moisturizing cream. My skin has been irritated lately, so I'd like to get one. I'm using sheet masks, but I think a cream would be better. Could you recommend a good highly moisturizing cream that's also suitable for sensitive skin? It's hard because I have so many breakouts. Would it be better to recommend a night cream for this? I'm looking for something light enough to use in the morning, but if a night cream is more your thing, I'd be willing to hear about it.
