Please recommend a highly moisturizing cream.

The products I'm currently using are also highly moisturizing creams that I bought after receiving a recommendation, but for some reason, my skin has been dry lately.

I want to give up on the moisturizing creams that don't live up to their reputation and try the highly moisturizing creams you recommend!

I want to use cost-effective products rather than expensive ones. Expensive products often cause blemishes for me (e.g. Kiehl's), so please recommend a cost-effective, highly moisturizing cream.

Among the products I've used and thought were good, the one I liked the most was Estura Atoberia 365.

My friend recommended Manyo Factory Pantetoin Cream. Is that product any good? I've only used Manyo Factory Garlic, so I don't know anything about their other lines.
