Please recommend a highly moisturizing cream

The weather has become very dry, and after washing my face, I feel tightness first.
I feel like the light cream alone isn't moisturizing enough.

So I started looking for recommendations for high-moisture creams, and there were a lot of ingredients and different formulations.
I'm confused about which one to use to see if it's effective.
