Please recommend a sunscreen that applies moistly without leaving a white cast.

I've been trying to apply sunscreen every day since they say it's essential all year round, but I haven't found a product that I've settled on yet. I hate the sticky feeling so I'm looking for something that feels light and refreshing like lotion. Sunscreen recommendations I'm leaving a comment because I want to receive it. I think it would be better if there was a product that doesn't irritate the eyes, doesn't leave a white cast, and goes on transparently without smudging, and doesn't smudge the base when applied before makeup.
