Please recommend some effective diet supplements!

I've been trying to control my diet and exercise these days, but I'm having trouble losing weight, perhaps because I've reached a plateau. So, I'm seriously looking for a diet supplement that can help me lose weight more effectively. However, with so many different diet supplements on the market, it's incredibly difficult to figure out which ingredients will best suit my needs without specialized knowledge.

 

Rather than simply offering the best value for money, I'd like to hear honest reviews from those who have actually tried a diet supplement that has proven effective in reducing body fat while also having minimal side effects. If you know of any diet supplements that I can consistently take to boost my basal metabolic rate without compromising my health, please recommend them.
