I'm writing this because I've recently started managing my diet and would like to get recommendations for diet shakes to drink every morning.
I quickly got sick of the products I used to eat because they were too sweet or had a strong artificial taste.

I think it would be better if there was a diet shake product recommended that has sufficient protein content, especially if you drink it after exercise.
