My skin turns over every time the seasons change. Does anyone have any tips for managing their skin condition? ㅎㅎ
Every time the season changes, something always pops up on my face. I'm not the only one, right? ㅠㅠ Normally, I can tolerate it, but when the seasons change from spring to fall, red pimples suddenly pop up on my chin and cheeks and it's so stressful. On top of that, my sleeping pattern has been a mess lately, so my face tone has become dull and it looks so puffy that I don't even want to look in the mirror. ㅋㅋ I've been trying to use sheet masks at home and drink more water than usual, but the recovery is slower than I thought and I'm frustrated.
Do you have any special emergency skin care routines that you use when your skin suddenly breaks down like this? Going to a dermatologist and getting a skin booster and cooling and soothing treatment would be the obvious solution, but I can't afford to do that every time. ㅠㅠ If there's an effective skin care method that I can do at home without any burden, I'd really like to learn about it.
I have no idea if taking inner beauty products like vitamins or collagen supplements would help, or if I should just completely change my cosmetics line to something gentle and sensitive. Haha. Some people sweat and eliminate toxins, so if you have any tips for those everyday habits, I'd love to hear them.
