저는 요즘 카테킨 성분으로 먹고 있는데 얼마 안돼서 그런가 아직 큰 효과는 모르겠네용
Is there anyone who takes diet supplements while taking dermatological medication?
Lately, I feel like my belly fat keeps increasing, so I've decided to take a drastic approach to losing weight. ㅠㅠ I can't seem to lose weight quickly with just dieting and working out at the gym, so I'm seriously considering getting some help. But I've been getting a lot of whiteheads on my chin lately, so I've been taking antibiotics and sebum-control medication prescribed by a dermatologist. While I'm taking these strong medications from the hospital, I'm afraid that if I take something strong over-the-counter, it might harm my liver or make my skin worse, so I'm hesitant to try it. ㅋㅋ
Are there any Maypure members who, like me, have been seeing dermatologists and have safely taken any diet supplements without side effects? I'm too old and physically exhausted to starve myself, so I'm desperately looking for a light diet supplement to take before or after meals that cuts down on carbs while still eating three meals a day.
I've heard that garcinia and catechin are popular ingredients, but I desperately need expert advice and experience on whether these ingredients conflict with skincare medications. I'm also curious about whether diet supplements that you mix with water, rather than pills, are truly effective. I have a hard time drinking plain water, so I'm rationalizing that mixing it into a delicious powder and drinking it regularly will help replenish moisture and clear up my skin.
If you know of any reliable diet supplement brands or products that can help you burn stubborn body fat while maintaining your health, please share some of that valuable information with us! It would also be great if you could share some diet management tips, too.
