Since there was only high-calorie and greasy food around my office, I decided to have a diet shake for lunch.
At first I was worried that I would be hungry, but the diet shake was more filling than I thought and I was able to last until the afternoon; haha
Actually, I'm worried about how long I can last because I have weak willpower, but the diet shake tastes better than I thought, so I'm going to try to keep eating it for now!
