What should I start with for daily home care?

Hello. I am a male office worker.

I used to have no problem washing my face and not applying anything, but lately my face has been looking so puffy and dull, which is a concern.

My colleagues around me are saying that I should at least do some daily home care so that I don't have to suffer later, so I'm trying to take some interest now.

In fact, when it comes to daily home care, a man like me has no idea where to start or how to do it.
